EventsHubb Ad Terms of Use:
Govern your use of any EventsHubb feature that allows you to earn money by allowing Ads to be served within or adjacent to your EventsHubb Content
Features of Advertising on EventsHubb
Not all content is eligible or will result in your earning money. By using our EventsHubb ads feature, you agree to these EventsHubb Ads Terms. Please read these EventsHubb Ads Terms carefully.
The EventsHubb ads features allow us to place Ads into or around your eligible Content.
The following definitions apply to these EventsHubb Ads Terms:
Ad means an ad or promotion, including a photo or video ad, which can appear within or adjacent to Content, or within other streamer’s videos or any other format or placement approved by us.
Content means images, video or other media that meet the following conditions:
(i) complies with the terms and conditions in these EventsHubb Ads Terms;
(ii) is posted on your EventsHubb account which is owned and operated by you; and
(iii) for which we make an EventsHubb ads feature available.
Creator, you or your means the person or entity that authors or owns the content, or its authorized agent (as applicable) or all other individuals or entities acting on your behalf, at your direction, under your control or under the direction or control of the same individual or entity who controls you.
- Your use of the EventsHubb ads features is subject to and you agree to comply with (a) EventsHubb Policies; (b) EventsHubb Content Policies; and (c) EventsHubb Creator Incentive Terms.
- You must complete our payment enrolment process by paying for your package in full before displaying your advertisements on EventsHubb.
- We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to withhold the release of your advertisement if it does not comply with any of our terms or policies, including our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, Partner Policies and Content Policies, all of which pertain to EventsHubb.
- We reserve the right to provide, restrict or reject your access to EventsHubb advertisements in the case where your advertisement is not in compliance with our terms and policy features. The Ad feature does not mean that an ad will guarantee any maximum benefits, amounts payable, revenue share or any other results or outcomes. We will review the content that you select for advertisement to determine if it is eligible for our EventsHubb app. We may block your advertisements if the content does not otherwise comply with our terms or policies.
- You will only provide advertisements for which you own and/or control all rights (or have obtained all necessary licences/permissions to such rights), globally, including rights in any sound recordings or musical compositions included in the content and any performers appearing in it, and your content will not infringe the rights of any third parties.
- Subject to EventsHubb Ads Terms and provided that you have accurately completed and timely provided to us any forms or documentation that we request to set up your advertisement, and provided that you have the requisite authority to provide such information, payments must be paid in full before the advertisements are aired onto EventsHubb. Failure to make the full payment will result in advertisements being denied until payment is paid in full via the specific package agreed upon. If you are acting as an agent (including, but not limited to, an agent or representative of a creator), you represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide the specific payment information which you give to us. We are not responsible for, and will not adjudicate, any disputes between you and any other agent or entity relating to (a) the payment information that you provide to us or (b) the payment or any apportionment of the payment between you and any third party.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, we may display an Ad at any insertion point, format or placement in your Content (or such format or placement specified by us) in our sole discretion, unless you have indicated within the applicable EventsHubb Ads feature that you wish to opt-out (if available) of any relevant feature concerning an insertion point, format or placement.
- You will not authorize or encourage any third party to, directly or indirectly, generate viewers or generate impressions, click-throughs, conversions or other actions concerning an ad through any automated, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise invalid means, including through repeated manual clicks, the use of “robots” or other automated tools, or by payment of money, false representation, or any illegal or otherwise invalid means for end users to take actions concerning an ad.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, suits, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of the Eventshubb Ads Terms, or Policy terms and regulation as set out by EventsHubb.
- If you are using any of the EventsHubb ads features on behalf of a third party (including, but not limited to, as an agent or representative of a Creator), you represent and warrant that you have the authority as agent of such party to use such features on their behalf, agree to these EventsHubb Ads Terms and hereby bind such party to these EventsHubb Ads Terms. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, suits, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses resulting from your breach of the EventsHubb Ads Terms.
- You will not issue or permit any other party to issue any press release or otherwise make any public statements or disclosures (including via online media) regarding these EventsHubb Ads Terms, the transactions contemplated by these Eventshubb Ads Terms or performed hereunder, or about the relationship of the parties without our prior written approval.
- You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the full right and power to agree to these EventsHubb Ads Terms and to perform your obligations hereunder, and (ii) the performance of your obligations hereunder will not conflict with any obligations that you may have to any other party.
- These terms supplement EventsHubb Terms of Use and all other terms, conditions and policies incorporated therein (collectively, the “EventsHubb Terms”). In the event of any express conflict between these EventsHubb Ads Terms and the EventsHubb Terms, these EventsHubb Ads Terms will govern solely concerning your use of EventsHubb ads features and solely to the extent of the conflict. These EventsHubb Ads Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement that you may have with us. We reserve the right to monitor or audit your compliance with these EventsHubb Ads Terms and to update these terms from time to time at our discretion. Your continued use of the EventsHubb ads features constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Advertisers are independent of EventsHubb Live View and are not endorsed by EventsHubb, Pro Trainer Live Inc., or working partners and subsidiaries. The use of any of the advertiser’s products by wave of Purchasing goods and services form advertisers is at your oun risk or benefit.
